No Weight without Weightlessness, 2024
Graduate Collection
Forming connections between the physicality of the body and the space it inhabits, Viktoria's work examines the concepts of weight and mass, balance and imbalance and delineates the border of the human form. Grounding the wearer, her pieces propose questions of what lies in-between: between bodies and space, between the internal and the external. Her intention is set on the non-obvious, the unseen. These liminal considerations draw attention to endless possibilities for occupying space.

The Line in Between, 2024,

Holding On, 2024.
Hand Piece / Silver-plated Gilding Metal

Seven Gram, 2024.
Silver-plated Brass, 375 Gold (un-hallmarked), 925 Silver (un-hallmarked), Gilding Metal, Tin, Aluminium

A Space Within, 2024.
2 Brooches / 925 Silver (un-hallmarked), Steel
The two brooches explore the imprint of weight. Although identical in form, weight, and mass, one brooch faces upwards (embossed) while the other faces downwards (debossed), creating a subtle yet impactful shift in their appearance. The space surrounding the imprinted object in the center can be interpreted as representing the body existing within its environment and the broader space it inhabits.
